The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a nice area, right by shops and quai and a short walk to the beach, both Deauville and Trouville-sur-mer and the nearest grocery store. I had luxurious days staying at this child-friendly hotel. The rooms were big size, with an electric kettle, a microwave oven and climate control, comfy bed. Loved that it was 5 minutes' walk from the train station👌

Incredibly beautiful hotel, very good staff, magnificent location close to the train station. Location just next door to a short walk to the beach, the nearest grocery store, and restaurants, the beach and around Deauville. Plus, a couple of blocks away from Manhattan. Well-equipped, bright units provided with lovely decor.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with a lively harbour view and proximity to both the market and train station. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette and impressive indoor-outdoor pool, which included a spa area. Staff were helpful and accommodating, and the apartment's styling was aesthetically charming.

The hotel didn't provide all the necessary supplies, such as bin bags, oil, and kitchen towel.

Everything was fine, stunning location right by Trouville-sur-mer, and Deauville, lovely experience. They gave us a bright and outstanding room with lovely decor. We had an electric kettle, refrigerators and kitchenware. The staff were pleasant and very good and gave us good recommendations.

Enjoyed the spacious apartment with great facilities and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring the town and the nearby beach. We enjoyed the convenience of a nearby supermarket and the playground and kids' playroom were great for the family. The swimming pool was clean and accessible, a great spot for the kids to splash around on Easter.

The apartment could have been warmer and better supplied with basic amenities such as extra toilet paper, bin bags, and kitchen towels. We were not happy with the cleaning policy which required us to take out the trash and strip the beds before leaving.

The cleanliness in the hallways left much to be desired, with flies lingering around and not enough attention given to the floors. while the location and facilities were great, improvements can be made on the cleanliness and attention to detail.

Great location close to the beach, train station, grocery store, and right at the harbour. Clean and modern apartment with a well-stocked kitchenette, and nice balcony overlooking the river. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and easily accessible. Friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment was spacious and conveniently located. The view from the apartment was amazing, definitely worth the extra cost. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The pool was a hit with our kids and there were plenty of play areas for them. The kitchenette was useful and the apartment had plenty of storage. The complex had great facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had a lovely view over the harbor.

The swimming pool closed quite early in the evening, which was inconvenient for us with a young baby. We had to bring our own supplies such as kitchen towels, more toilet paper, and basic kitchen supplies as they were not provided in the room.

Our stay at Pierre & Vacances Premium was excellent. Upon arrival, we had a bit of difficulty finding the reception, but the staff were very helpful. We had booked a ground floor room with a pool view due to a disability, and we were impressed with the room. It had a separate bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchenette, which was very useful. The apartment was also conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy for us to access with a wheelchair. The complex's facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, were great. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. We also loved the pretty styling of the apartment and the beautiful view over the harbor.
